Les Schwab Tire Center

Not bad for tires but upon getting ready to get my bill was told from the tech that my rear brakes were almost metal on metal and needed to be done real soon and handed me a estimate of $ 788.00 . O asked why I was not told when they were doing new tire so I could look . Was told I was not allowed in the shop . So upon getting home I ordered everything for the rear brakes from rock auto for $170.00 and I mean everything . Well 2 weeks later upon doing the rear brakes i find out that I probably have 2-3 months if not more brakes life left . Les schwab is good for tires. But I highly doubt their ethics on other labor and materials $788.00 versus $170.00 big difference and a little disappointed in some of your practices . I took my car in to get two new tires but I honestly didn’t know more than that. Kayla was very kind and helpful to get me exactly what I needed and took time to make sure everything was correct before my car was taken back for servicing. When my tire pressure light came on after getting the tires on, a knowledgeable and helpful mechanic helped me run and reset my TPMS and double checked there were no issues with the new tires. They made a somewhat stressful day for me better with their customer service and overall kindness!

Started this morning with having to put some air in my trailer tire I didn’t see any thing wrong initially, ran few Errands and was talking with coworker and told him about my tire as I was heading to haul more gravel and he could here air and discovered a small nail. Went to Les Schwab to get it repaired arrived @ 8:50 she said there were few a head of me said fine no problem, finally @ 11:50 check my trailer and still untouched so went in and let them know I was leaving. I understand there busy the problem I have is several customers came in for new tires and they would go see there vehicle come back in show tires and agree on what they wanted and 10 minutes later there grabbing there vehicle, I get my job is just nail repair, however I do buy all my tires there just few months ago over

I have never bought tires from Les Schwab, but that is soon to change. They will receive all of my business from now on. I have recently, in the last 2 months, taken in 3 flat tires that they repaired totally for free. Recently, I had taken 2 tractor tires that I purchased brand new with innertubes online to Big O tires, which is closer to my daughter's work, since she dropped them off for me. They charged me $43.09. I took the tires home and mounted them on my tractor - which I never drove. Two days later, one of them was flat. I dismounted it and took it back into Big O, where I was informed that I would have to buy a brand new innertube, which take 4 days to get in. I found this unbelievable, they were so incompetent to ruin my tube and want to charge me for a new one, plus the tire re

Not an Elko local, traveling and wanted to get an oil change done before hitting the road again. Had an appointment for 11 am. Showed up at 10:50am. Figured it would be a little before I got in. After waiting in the lobby for 3 hours with no update or acknowledgement I finally walked out. I don’t recommend and talked to local friends that have had similar experiences.
