I cannot say enough good things about Dustin and his team. I was in late afternoon on a Tuesday with what I thought was a slow leak turned out to be an unrepairable tire Porsche put my spare tire on so I can at least get home for the evening and Dustin‘s assistant manager Nick gave me a quote on three different tires and when I asked him to order a specific tire he had no problem with it ordered them right up and when I called at 8:30 on Wednesday morning, they were already at the shop and ready to be put on when I got there. It took them an hour and a half to swap out my tires balance them do an alignment on my car and do their check throughout my entire vehicle, which I thought was crazy fast. Had a great experience with Les Schab in Grand Rapids. Dustin and the guys went above and beyond helping me get repairs done at my truck. Everyone there is great to work with and did a great job explaining everything and keeping me informed. Would highly recommend!

Dustin and his crew are amazing! They fixed my daughter’s headlight and put new winter tires on so she can be safe on the road. I can’t thank them enough. Went above and beyond. Customer service that is unparalleled. The local dealership quoted me over 400.00 for the headlight but Les Schwab got it done for $27.00. I’m never going to waste a shop fee again at a dealership. I’ve been a Les Schwab customer for over 20+ years and there is a reason I won’t go anywhere else. 🫶🏻

I pulled into Les Schwab Tire Center and the manager, Cody, greeted me at my car! I was concerned about my tires and he rotated them, which made a huge difference. Cody was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I'll be getting tires here when the time comes and I highly recommend them!

Got in very quick for a tire rotation, price was way cheaper than I expected it to be. Met me in the parking lot to ask me how they could help me. Amazing lobby with free popcorn and Coffee/cocoa. Also repairs tires with a screw in them for free. Definately going to see my business again.
