Rick does a great job of explaining everything in a way that makes sense. Their reasonably priced services and the expertise of their technicians and mechanics have been beyond amazing over the years. If you're a loyal customer they will treat you right Rick will take the time to find you parts you need. Pretty much all auto shops are going to recommend any additional work that needs to be done for accountability purposes but they will also risk assess what's the most critical and keep your vehicle driving safe on the road.

Thank you Wayne's. I have needed several repairs done on my car. The staff are always very easy to work with and good at helping you understand the work that needs to be done. They truly care. They actually threw in a new set of windshield wipers and fixed my wiper fluid reservoir for free. Thank you to Rick, Craig and all others involved in my car repairs.

I went in Friday and someone helped me right away and then it got fixed Monday. They were really quick and even sent me an inspection, that told me everything that seemed wrong with the car. They also called me a few times and gave me updates which I appreciated.

I had a very positive experience at Wayne's auto repair. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited only 10 minutes and car was in for a oil change. I will be back for all my oil changes. Super service and great people. Ron
