This place needs new management or needs to get shut down. Absolutely horrific customer service. We had 2 different cars go in. They had my car for almost 2 full days and barely any communication!!!! And they damaged the other cars seat while installing a stereo system, and that car also has electrical issues now because of this place. They did not want to take responsibility for anything, and also again, terrible communication and customer service skills! Idk how this place is still in business. Get y’all’s act together and learn how to actually be a business and have good customer service. We shouldn’t have to call multiple different times and go into the stop multiple different times to get yall to answer!!!!!!!

Second time I’ve come here. They did a remote start for me a few years ago. They recently installed a stereo for me. Great work at a reasonable price. Thanks so much for your excellent and thorough work.

I got my windows tinted almost a year ago. I own a small civic hatchback which makes one think there would be no problems. To this day I am finding broken clips, broken pieces of plastic, and broken equipment that is necessary for daily car functions. When i returned to the location and mentioned there was an issue (broken and ruined interior) a man threw pieces of my car in my direction and walked off while telling me I was in the wrong. Not only did I pay way too much (everything’s overpriced), but the customer service is so terrible that police almost got involved. The only nice thing I have to say is that the receptionist is understanding and her husband at least paid attention to their wrongdoings.

Just had the old halogen headlights on my truck replaced with LEDs here at Rides. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They had my truck finished within an hour. The drive home was amazing, like driving a brand new vehicle. I would highly recommend this shop for any custom vehicle need.

I had work done on interior lighting from this place. Years later, I'm finally replacing it with something of higher quality. They DESTROYED the wiring to the point I was told everything needs to be rewired and will cost hundreds. I was asked if I did the job myself, that's how crappy of a job they did. It seriously looks like a child went crazy with electrical tape. I was also told the wires were not properly done, and it's a miracle a fire didn't start.
