Les Schwab Tire Center

This is the second time recently we had to have a tire repaired. Nails. We don't have any idea why there are nails lately but both repairs were done well and at no charge. We purchased 2 tires last year for our Niro PHEV and they have performed great. Everyone has always been polite and helpful.

Sam is the absolute best! We were in need of one wheel and one tire for my son’s Audi. We had gone to a different Les Schwab (no help) and called everywhere in the area with no luck. I called and spoke to a nice employee who got Sam on the phone. He was on it! Searched high and low, gave us options also gave us options for 4 new tires. He was able to find a wheel in California. He responded immediately via text which was so convenient. He was friendly and efficient. He actually tried and cared about our situation. That is rare. He deserves a raise! He has gained us as customers and I will refer accordingly. Thank you Sam!

Our family have chosen Les Schwab to have all our tires replaced or fixed. Great workers have repaired many suspension and steering issues. Les Schwab spirit is alive and ready to get to the point and get back on the road again. You all are truly the best and most trusted!

Idk if they didn't think I wouldn't see the scrapes and cracks on my center covers but obviously the service of their techs have went down hill...I have to remind them everytime I take my truck in to use care on my truck because I have black wheels but it seems quality is not the standard...I've had rims and covers replaced in the past so this is not a new issue...I take very good care of my vehicle so I expect them to do the same...

Brought my K5 Blazer in for a break inspection. The technician brought it back fairly quick. I noticed that I had been waiting an hour and twenty minutes. I went to the desk asking how much longer it was going to take. One of the lady’s said “it will take some time for the vehicle to be taken back”, the other lady said “it’s already in the back.” The first female said again “it will take some time you didn’t have an appointment.” We both said it’s already back there. Needless to say the technician that did my inspection went to lunch and I had been waiting for nothing because the technician that came to close me out kept saying everything “it could possibly be this or it could possible be that.” I asked “so I waited this long for possible?” He said he couldn’t tell me anything because
