Brought my car in with two brand new tires and told them I wanted them to mount them on the front to replace the front worn tires one of which was damaged on the sidewall. I had already replaced the rear tires previously. When I picked it up they had mounted them in the rear. I asked why they put them in the rear when I wanted them in the front. They said that’s they way it supposed to be done and that it more important to put the newer tires in the rear. After I left and began to reach higher speeds I noticed that I now had a wheel wobble as well. Several months later one of the front tires was damaged and I came back with the spare tire on the front and a new tire. When I picked up the car and drove home. My initial experience was great while setting up my truck (lift, wheels, tires, steering box, etc). This was roughly 10k to start. The work was very important to me as I am restoring an older truck which I had inherited. I went back after roughly 7 months to buy new tires for my truck (larger size) and completely set up my wife’s car (Probably close to another 10k). The environment had changed and the staff were less than eager to assist. After a month of drop in visits and numerous calls I finally gave up. I was even told by one staff member after several attempts that I was his sole, number 1 priority. I never heard from him again. My wife’s car is still not set up and I had to go to new shops (some out of town) to finish completing tasks on my truck. I am really disappointed with this

I hydroplaned into a deep pothole in the dark rainy windy night and then the next afternoon my car was making a noise any time I went over 25 miles an hour. They looked everything over, said my skid plate was the culprit and fixed it for me super fast, restoring my peace of mind without draining my bank account! Very courteous people!

Les Schwab, once again, showing what absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service looks like. I hit a nail turning around in a gravel turnout and quickly deflated the tire. Les Schwab, per usual, swept in with the speedy, complimentary repair. Incredible. That’s why I am loyal (having purchased four sets of tires from them) because they aren’t just great at what they do, but it’s with efficiency, compassion, and professionalism that is unmatched. These people are GREAT! Cannot recommend Le Schwab enough. And this location was perfect! Thanks team!

I give one star because we cannot rate 0 stars. I came today to Les Schwab Tire Center in Lincoln City to get an alignment, as well as to change a front passenger side tire that had serious damage. I had two tires in my truck that had at least half of their life left, so I wanted to use those. I left my vehicle (Mercedes Benz GL63 AMG) in the shop and my wife and I walked to the mall to kill some time. After an hour and a half, we came back to the shop. We sat for about 10 minutes and a guy came to me and said straight up, "I am not going to touch your car. I am going to back it out and you can take it." I got very mad because he said this with an unprofessional attitude. He said the tires I had were worse than the ones I had on the car, but the tires I had still had at least half of their
