This is the place to go if you find yourself needing anything for your vehicle while in LC. I needed new windshield wipers. Not only did I get the right wipers for my car for much less than any shop in Portland, they installed them for me. Taking great care with my vehicle not to damage the glass or scratch my car in any way. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Thank you so much.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We were given grief for requesting curbside delivery, which is something this store offers. The employee who "helped" us even went so far as to say "we only do curbside for elderly people." He was so grumpy about having to deliver us something curbside that he didn't give us our battery core charge back. We had to call back later to find out what was going on with that (yes, we had to ask ourselves; they were not going to contact us about it). Told we had to come back INSIDE the store, where no one would be wearing a mask. There is apparently no way to get our money for this unless we go back to the store, despite it being their mistake. Will absolutely be going even as far as Salem for auto parts just to avoid this place. Like another reviewer

NAPA has a good selection of mostly pretty good stuff (parts/tools) on site. For parts not in stock it's generally overnight or two day delivery. They are fairly good at standing behind their parts during the warranty period. Not to mention they are the only game in town for Lincoln City.
