Nate’s amazing! The tailpipe weld broke on our way home from the annual Portland All British Field Meet. Nate made improvements be creating more clearance and welded the tailpipe back on to our vintage ’87 Land Rover 90, so we can continue our 2 day journey home back to the Bay Area, CA. Lifesaver! I took my car in, and they quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty clockspring. They were very professional, ordered the part for me overnight and got the repair done the next morning. My car started unexpectedly throwing a "check charge system" warning as I was trying to leave town, forcing me to turn back in fear of being stranded in the woods. After doing some investigating myself I decided I needed a professionals help. I found loose nuts garage and I'm glad I did. I brought my car in and Nate immediately started diagnostics, confirming my suspicion that the problem was the alternator. He was very understanding about the urgency of the repair (I brought it in on a Thursday and was starting a new job 5 hours away the following Monday) and he had me back on the road 2 days later. Nate was awesome to work with and the price was more than fair. I definitely recommend this shop should you need auto work done in the area!

A big shout out to Nate! When our emergency roadside service was unable to send a tow truck, He came to us! He helped us swap out the alternator in our F-250 and helped us get back to our camping trip within a couple of hours. Very customer service oriented. Nate's awesome! Called from Astoria with a tire that needed to be plugged, took us hours to arrive and he still helped us out. Even gave us a jack just in case since all other places were closed on Sunday. Pricing is honest for the amount of work.
