I stopped by Valvoline to have a headlight bulb replaced, and they helped me right away. The staff were super friendly, fast, and professional. It only took a few minutes, and they made the whole thing easy. It’s rare to get service that quick and that kind. Definitely 5 stars!
It's been years since bringing in the car for an oil change fell to me, the female in the family. From the moment I drove up I was kindly directed how to pull up and step by step what to do from there. I was informed without getting a hard sell regarding services they provide. I appreciate the friendly attendant.
Always efficient, friendly, communicate effectively and do not make customers feel uncomfortable with high pressure.. They are straight to the facts of what your vehicle does and does not need, assist with what is recommended and get you back to your day with a waive and a smile.
We were able to get an oil change without an appointment and no wait. Very professional staff, especially Josh. We appreciated the $25 off coupon offered by the company which they texted to us!
