I’ve been here twice now and both experiences were absolutely top-notch. The first time, I had a chunk of glass in my tire. I drove over on the spare and left the damaged tire with them—they repaired it for free within a couple of hours, and even swapped the spare back out for me when I returned. The second time, I came in because of a low tire pressure warning. They checked everything, found a screw in another tire, and took care of it without hesitation. This is my go-to place for anything tire-related. I’ll definitely be coming back for future issues and when it’s time for a new set. 10/10 Service 10/10 Customer Care 10/10 Quality

I went in last week and got beautiful black rims to match my 4runner, the whole team made that experience amazing! Oddly one tire just didn't want to hold air today and I went in after work and the gentleman that helped me saw the description in my face and got my suv in as soon as he could. Hailey did a wonderful job explaining the issue to me and making sure to fix it. I absolutely adore this store and how hard everyone works. Keep it up and many many thank yous.

I went to Les Schwab for a bad valve stem yesterday, they replaced it. Noticed that they put my tire back on wrong and may have ruined the bead on the tire:( now I’m out $600+ and might have to get a new tire, and my tire is still leaking…. Update: I was able to have someone at another shop fix my tire late at night due to it not holding my more than 30 psi by the evening after Les Schwab closed the day I brought it there. My tire had a very small leak and leaked worse after going to the Moscow location. I would not recommend this shop as they obviously did not check the tire again after “fixing” it. I took off my tire and put soap and water on both side and had leaks on both side of the tire on the bead. I am very unimpressed with the quality of the work and will never be going to this lo

Seriously amazing! I don’t know any of the other employees but Zach was so helpful and knowledgeable! I was in town visiting a friend and after the 5hr drive to get here, I noticed my car started making a thumbing sound. On a busy Saturday, Zach was empathetic to my situation of needing to be able to make the 5hr drive back home safely and told me to bring my car in. He quickly identified the problem (some loose lug nuts on my tire) and ensured the car was safe to drive home! He took the time out of his busy day to ensure this college kid with no family nearby could get home safely. He did a great job of describing the problem and explaining how he fixed it as well. Highly recommend trusting him with your car! And I hope the rest of the staff at this location are just as amazing, thorough

I had my tires changed and realigned out of town, but the shop I went to tried to tell me the new popping noise with each turn of the wheel was something I came in with. Was told it was either something to do with one of the u-joints or that I needed to replace the right-rear CV axle. This location took a look, was able to tell that it was an easy fix with a loose wheel weight and didn't even charge me for the tightening it up. I had a great experience with them and can definitely see coming in again for future fixes. Their mechanic was very straightforward and honest with me, not trying to find or make-up a problem when there wasn't one.
