Les Schwab Tire Center

I have had few problems with Les Schwab as a whole but today I got great service and quickly. I came in before my appointment knowing I might be waiting a while but ended up being done before my appointment was even supposed to start, and I got more done than intended. I know this is a business and they want to sell/make money, but I always genuinely believe that they have my best interests and safety in mind. I was helped by three wonderful people, but Hannah is the only one whose name I caught. I love this location!!!

I have been a Schwab customer for years and they have always met or exceeded my expectations. The folks at the Newberg location are always pleasant and helpful. The service you receive cannot be matched by any online store. Top notch customer service is why I keep coming back.

I got a flat because of a screw in my tire. I threw on my spare and drove in to Lew Schwab to see if I could get it repaired or buy new tires. They fixed up my tire, washed my rim, and put remounted my spare on the back of my car ALL FOR FREE. Could not recommend this place more highly. Great people working there in the front and back. Thank you so much!

The Newberg crew always goes above and beyond! They fixed a Bridgestone flat tire and did not charge me. Very unexpected and so much appreciated! We have been happy customers for the past 27 years

The woman who was my cashier me was not helpful. I asked for a tire check because I feel like there is a bubble in a tire. Im worried about my safety. And I want to buy 2 new tires for the front.She grabs a mechanic of there and go do a visual check. They both say my tires are fine without lifting the car. The cashier assumed my tires were new because I had bought new tires the same size a few months ago. So she treated me rudely and dismissed my safety concern. The tires I bought a few months back were for a different car. So I dont feel like les schwabs had my best intrest in mind when sending me on my way without new tires. Im surprised. They have always taken care of me. But today I was told I didn't need tires when I can visibly see that I do.
