I always have a good experience at Les Schwab. I was greeted and helped immediately. Each employee was nice and helpful, explaining to me the service that needed to be done and what it would cost. I didn't have to wait very long for the work on my tires to be done, and I had a nice place to relax and even charge my phone while I waited. They have a large waiting area with a TV. There is popcorn and coffee available while you wait, which is nice too. I would definitely recommend Les Schwab in Oak Harbor, for the great service and reasonable prices.

Last night on the way back on island my wheel bearing went out on my truck. Had an abs light turn on a few weeks ago and a weird sound coming from the left front wheel. The sound was off and on for a few weeks before it showed it's ugly self yesterday. The noise did not go away and only got worse. I asked a few people online and they all finger pointed at the wheel bearing. I made an appointment online on 02/08/2025 at 2005. I fiqured if I came in earlier i could get it fixed sooner. Had to get new tires and while the wait was lengthy, full tire replacement, employees were agreeable and detailed in explaining all of the coverage under the tire warranty. Even provided quotes for suggested services needing attention. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere.
