I have mixed feelings bec. LS. has been nice about fixing flats for free. Most tire company's don't. I bought 4 new tires, I feel the price was reasonable and the warranty good. My lower ratings come from (this shop) TRYING TO SELL ME parts/services I did not need. They told me my wiper blades were worn out (their set of new $58) - mine were dirty, they were NOT worn out. Next, they wanted to sell me on extra siping for my new tires ($68) told me that it would improve snow traction, wet/dry traction, and give me better braking. This statement according to Consumer Reports is mostly FALSE. It may improve snow/ice traction - that's all. I get my snow tires put on and taken off at this site. The staff are friendly, and helpful. Making an appointment I have found to be the best way to approach their services. Although, I heard one of the staff inform a walking, they would be very happy to assist this customer, but it would take an hour or two. The customer was pleased with that answer and sit down to enjoy a delicious bag of popcorn. As with anything, I get what I give, kindness and patience, it goes a long way. I appreciate this staff every year.

The Yeam and Les Schwab Tires in Poulsbo WA are great. Greeted promptly, they took my car in on time. Technician explained the issue clearly and gave me options for the service required. Fair price for the work performed. Highly recommend.

I have been a loyal customer from my first experience at Poulsbo Schwab in 1988. Staff over the years has always been respectful, courteous and efficient. I have never had a bad experience from buying tires, to alignment, brake work, air pressure checks, everything! I will not even consider buying tires anywhere else. I have purchased sets this past fall for both cars. Poulsbo Les Schwab is a constant that has never disappointed!

Skip the Poulsbo location for brakes repair. Complimentary inspection indicated replacement was needed; the technician said service would be completed within an hour. 4 hours later I was handed my keys minutes before closing time. Their checkout system being glitchy, I was charged twice, which wasn't resolved for 72 hours. Upon driving out, the brakes are spongy and require "pumping " in order to come to a stop. A follow up appointment is scheduled to see if they can actually complete the job I paid for.
