August 7, 2025 Les Schwab Walla Walla– You Did It Again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Once again, outstanding, above-and-beyond, fantabulous customer service from the team at Les Schwab in Walla Walla! Last week, I had excellent service when I purchased my tires. This week, I noticed a slight shake in the left front tire and wasn’t sure if it was related to the new tire or the CV boot, which had started leaking. I called Chris, and he immediately said, “Bring it in.” I was seen right away he removed all the tires to make sure they were perfectly balanced. While we waited, there was a small incident in the area that required law enforcement. Officers arrived in record time, and the Les Schwab staff handled the situation calmly, professionally, and with care. Kyle even came over to check on us and apologize

Had an appointment at 10am, got here at 8:30 because I was told if I came in early they’d get it done early. It is now 3pm and jeep is not done. Guy working on it broke the bolts for the caliper, he banged on it for 10 min then went inside to watch YouTube videos to see how to change a hub. Called me in after telling me I need a new knocker, u-joints and the reason the bolts broke is the caliper was original to my 1999 wrangler and had never been removed before so the bolts rusted through and broke will little effort on his part. Told me he’d get me a deal but would take 2 extra days. I just had the u-joints, brakes and suspension checked 2 months earlier. After I refused to pay for parts I didn’t need he found a way to replace the bolts!!!! Also that caliper that’s never been removed? I h

I was visiting from out of town and my car broke down. I had it towed to Les Schwab and they were amazing per usual. When I explained the issue I was having with my car, the staff member that checked me in was very empathetic to my situation and I felt like he genuinely cared about what I was dealing with and wanted to make sure that my car was repaired so I could travel back home on schedule. Les Schwab took a look at my car and was able to get it working again, and provided a recommendation that I take it to my dealership when back home for additional evaluations of the car's electrical system that they were not able to complete. I so appreciate their thoroughness and honesty - I know I can always trust their recommendations for my car. They also did not charge me for this appointment wh

I've been a Les Schwab customer for 40 year and even worked there going to college and I don't think I've ever been more disappointed than my recent winter tire changeover. Paid a $100 to have my tires changed and they gave me my car back with valve stem caps missing and didn't even put the spare tire that was on the car back in carrier in the trunk. Never minded paying a premium for premium service but that seems to be slipping.

Chris started out strong..but indeed failed overall..I stopped coming the Les Schwab 10 years ago but was forced to as I needed a tractor tire. Dropped the tire off at 1030 am..granted they were very busy..was told 3hrs..amd the tire would be ready. At 330 pm..finally had my 350 dollar tire..these guys talk a big game but dont deliver..and when they do...its 350 dollars and 5 hours later. It will be another 10years before I return
