Lex Brodie's Kona Express Car Wash

We got our car washed and the service is just basic and impersonal. I had to ask twice for the foaming brush and they two people doing the precast barely got the car wet. They don't offer the option of going through twice to actually get the car clean. If there was another option in town, we'd definitely leave this place behind. We'll keep doing our hand wash at home until they act like they value our business.

Sadly I wasted $22 bucks . $22 bucks for a poor rinse but not a real wash.I brought in a fairly clean car. The car before me got a scrub and power wash before entering. I got zip. I guess that comes with a $25 wash. The car had cats paws prints and some light dust. Sadly the paw prints were still there after going through the wash. Left a msg no response. tried to speak to the attendant he walks away. I went to the tire area. Talk to the attendant. I tried . Oh well . No big deal there are other car washes. Sad I used bring my car every time I was in town but not any more. It took over two months to get a response. We hear you. Not we will give you a refund. This is used to be the best carwash in Kona. I get a better wash for $7 dollars less at the cheaper gas station car washes.

Love Lex Brodies Tire Shop! The Car Wash has not been so good lately. My truck is often still dirty and now not even the soap gets fully rinsed off. Not sure what changed. The people are great though 🌺

You will be told to leave if you pass their 7 minute vacuum limit. If you’re charging $18 for a drive through car wash, at least let your customers fully vacuum out their cars. Had to drive across the street to finish detailing my car on the side of the road.

We took our car through twice (2nd time at no charge) and the wash left the entire LH side of the car covered in soap both times. I asked for a towel to at least wipe off all the soap and the attendant tried to charge me $2!! Horrible wash and horrible service.
