Lexus of Westport Pre-Owned

Josh did an excellent job helping my mother find her dream car. She has been looking for a while and he always consistently checked in with new inventory and kept her up to date. He treated her like family and looked out for her best interest. I'm happy she accomplished her goal and got her dream Lexus! I had a great experience with this dealership. I drove from NJ to look at and test drive the vehicle I was interested in, and from the first moment I stepped into the showroom everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I dealt with Luigi and both he and his sales manager were very professional and accommodating. I told them I had to think about it and I would get back to them and they respected that. I left the dealership feeling like I wanted to buy the car from there, and a couple of weeks later I went back and bought it. Happy it was still there at its a very rare vehicle, and was once again happy with the customer service and ease of finalizing the paperwork. Would definitely recommend them!

“Was looking for a used Lexus and decided to stop by the Fairfield location to check out a few options. Our sales person was great along with listening with our concerns and was transparent with everything. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is we kept hearing someone in the back office slamming stuff and using foul language. I can tell our salesman was uncomfortable but we chose to ignore it as best as we can because overall our experience was great.

Nice staff, good amenities, and Antonio, my salesperson, was pleasant to work with. Finance kept trying to push for warranties after rejecting them the first time, and I had to negotiate to get somewhat of a fair trade-in value for my old vehicle. However, couple of issues/deficits that came from buying with them. For perspective, I bought a pre-owned 2022 Lexus from them, however, staff failed to disclose the following: a 3 to 4 inch crack on the right, inner corner of my rear bumper cover, a missing cargo cover, and a missing cargo net. If these items were brought to my attention, I would’ve either opted for a different vehicle, or discussed a reduction in price for these issues/deficits. Be cognizant, especially before signing the final paperwork, that you carefully inspect the vehicle,

I've debated for a few days now on writing this review, but the more I think about what happened, the angrier I get. We had a lease from a dealership in Virginia but relocated here recently so decided to trade it in around here. Lexus of Westport had the most inventory so we decided to go there. Our salesperson, Steven R. was great. Even Chris K. who called me when I send in my initial inquiry was extremely helpful. Knowledgeable about the cars and helpful with the whole process. Not pushy at all. Our finance director was great - I think her name was Gabby. Super friendly and helpful as well. I was shocked when my husband agreed to trade in our car at that time because he always has to think it over. They had the exact GX470 I wanted. I'm writing this review as someone who is a consumer
