I had let my car go for over a year when it came to some mechanical issues. It finally came to a head when I was informed that my car was likely not safe to drive. I took it to Sound Mechanical & Calibration (formerly Lincoln) and they took great care of me and my car. I had been informed of the issues over many, many months, so I was not sold on anything that other car shops hadn't already pointed out. They did not take advantage of me. As a female, that is especially important to me. Kudos to Rachel's team!

Rachel rewarded me with outstanding customer service. She was a problem solver and went above and beyond in guiding me through my maintenance issues. Rarely have have I had service like this in the automotive industry. I have never gone out of my way to give such a review. Rachel and Lincoln Automotive will now be my go to service center for all my future maintenance and repairs

These guys are awesome. They are my go to for mechanical repairs. If fact they are going to figure out what's going on with ALL my rear lights that quit at the same time. And they will be replacing my water pump, which is leaking. Their prices are very reasonable and they stand behind their work.
