He helped me install my hybrid battery on my Lexus CT200H, and although he mainly installs batteries for Priuses, he took up the challenge and gladly accepted the job. I met Eli in person and learned that he has an engineering background and is extremely knowledgeable in his craft. He KNOWS batteries. A week after installation, I accidentally messed with the interlock of the hybrid battery and came up with error code P0A0D on my OBII scanner.
