Horrible customer service! Had a transmission listed for one price online and tried to charge me an additional $350 with no explanation. Rep was extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could give them negative stars they would get em.

Bought two parts both were worn out, been over a week trying to get my money back on my card. Now it's Friday December 22 at 10:16 and the place is closed. I need my money and if this is going to be the way they operate then I'll never buy from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Called to see if they had a part and was asked if I was with a shop. I said no and the guy said well you will have to go online and buy the part. So you have made it a policy to where only mechanics can go pick up parts. We as a society are going down hill fast. Won't be going online and will be asking friends of mine to steer clear of this establishment. I hope this puts a monetary strain on this company and forces them to change back to the old policy. Terrible terrible move by this company to make it harder for diy people and to make it easier for these crooked mechanics to make more money.

Spent most of my day calling around for parts, unfortunately no where had them and their prices was outrageous... however lkq was able to help me with just what I needed, over the phone no hassle. The pricing was way better too!! Thanks lkq for your help!

Great place to go for car parts. They definitely helped me out with a couple parts for my vehicle and are just some great guys !!! They will try their best to help you out in your time if need and are very nice to there customers!!!
