Carlos went above and beyond to deal with the warranty company I have for the vehicle. The owner and business as a whole are upstanding and honest, I highly recommend them.

I started taking my vehicles to Lomeli's a few years ago. Having had 'misdiagnosed' issues and a few repairs that either failed or were not done correctly at other shops, I can't say enough about how great Lomeli's has been. Always honest. Lomeli’s has been my go-to mechanic since I moved to Portland some years ago. They’ve been with me through two cars and the drama that came with them. The quality of care has always been the same: outstanding and thorough. Never once have I had an issue with Lomeli’s; everyone who works there is honest, kind, and very obviously passionate about what they do, and that passion shines through in the work they do. Also, as a woman, it has been trying at times to find a mechanic who won’t try to take advantage of me somehow.
