Lone Star Customs

Horrible company. They are a U-Haul rental company on top of being a tow yard but are never actually in store for your U-Haul rental time because they are too busy chasing tows. Twice in one week I show up for my appointment at 4pm and they arnt there. Don’t be a 3rd party if you don’t have people in office during office hours. Wasted my time and the people helping me move.

I had an issue with my jeep so I stoped by to see if they had the parts I needed they didn’t normally have the limit straps so they got on the computer looked up what I needed they ordered them .ive been to and called several different dealers no one took the time to help me out lone star customs did customer service like that can’t be found every wear A+ sir tyty.
