Just wanted to say thank you to the parts dept. Our alternator was going bad and we had to wait for the part to come from the Bronx. My bf could not get the pulley right and one of your guys helped us. I went to the service dept to get an extra belt, and nothing but wonderful service.

I'd give them zero stars if that was an option! Very poor customer service. Rude, completely unprofessional! I called the parts department looking for a coolant reservoir sensor! I was going to be in that area delivering a load and it would have been convenient to get the part there! I asked the parts guy for the part number, cost, and availability of the part! He rudely told me he could give me a price and availability of the part but wouldn't give me the part number. I said to him, wait you're telling me you won't give me the part number I'm trying to buy that belongs to my truck? He replied with, nope, we can't give out part numbers! I immediately ended the conversation with...ok then I'll just deal with someone else then and he then said "GOOD" and immediately hung up the phone on me!

Very slow service 3 hours for an inspection, come on are you kidding. I just left.
