Ordered ford escape wheel bearing, the part came in so I begun the work. Go to press it in and bearing didnt fit. So I whent back in to remedy the situation, Ordered second bearing, and it still didnt fit. Do not trust lordco system.

Staff is very helpful with finding what you need. This is my go-to for vehicle maintenance parts. Had to buy a new battery for my car, but they were out of stock. I went in at 1pm on Monday, and they got it in by 10am on Tuesday. Such a quick turnaround! Will keep coming back here for as long as I need to.

Will go out of my way to go to Ladner from now on. A guy working the counter really rubbed me the wrong way with his deadpan silent stare and total lack of care. It was like he was going out of his way to NOT help me even though I knew exactly what I needed, he refused to retrieve the part because the one in his system was wrong. "it doesn't work that way" he said. WHAT? I KNOW WHAT I NEED. I don't care what your computer says. I've never left a store so bewildered.

I visited this location last week. It was a positive experience. I was assisted by Julian. It is so rare to find courteous, kind and honest sales associates today.Julian is a great example of great team member.inelligent, polite .....

Been going here for years. Tyler has always been a huge help and knows his stuff. Never had a problem getting parts same day. CT doesn't hold a candle to these boys! Keep up the good work! Curt
