Randy's Tirecraft Tsawwassen

I took my car to Randy’s as I got referred by a friend and their service lived up to the review! I was greeted by friendly staff and they put care into fixing my car! Any future issues I would be happy to return to Randy’s because they get the job done right!

Had some maintenance to do on a 07 Tacoma Pre runner, had the get all the fluids changed including a diagnosis on a shaking I was hearing in the wheel well. After diagnosis it turned out I had a bad right wheel bearing. Came to the shop today to get my truck and was pleasantly surprised by the bill. The invoice showed the initial labour quote was cut in half as they were able to do the work quicker. ($1400 bill turned into just under ($900). Andrew from Randy’s was great to work with, honest and loyal shop and will continue to work with them in the future!

I have been taking my vehicles to Randy's Tire for many years and they are excellent and I highly recommend them for your auto repairs and general service. Both Andrew and Randy are fantastic to deal with and always provide good and sound advice and recommendations. Keep up the great work :)

My recent visit to to Randy’s tire shop wasn’t satisfactory. I asked (Andrew) I think if slow leak in one of the tires could be fixed without damaging my recently redone rims and he assured me that it could be done no problem. At the time I dropped the car me and receptionist inspected the rim and found the rim be perfect (like new ).Sure enough when I came to pick up the car I found the rim damaged in few places .Spoke to Andru he said that run flat tires hard to get off the rim.(I guess he forgot to mention this to me when I asked him if it can be done without damaging the rim) ?.In my opinion if you not sure that you can do it without making any damage inform the customer and I’ll go where it can be done . I live in the neighborhood and the shop is very convenient for me but I will not

Randy's is the greatest shop there is. Staff are talented, pleasant and HAPPY!. Randy is the most honest knowledgeable owner I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my 50+ years of owning and operating a vehicle. I can always count on Randy to help me make the best decisions about my vehicle when it comes to tires, wheels and general vehicle repairs. Keep up the good work guys and gal.
