A local and Family owned business that gets the job done right, quick, and for a normal price these days . My drive shaft broke 5 minutes before the shop closed late on a Saturday. Many thanks to Mitchell for taking my “stress” phone call and booking me in first thing Monday Morning . My vehicle was back on the road by noon Monday . The bottom line . The reason why I’ll come back again for vehicle repairs, is because of the outstanding service. Just about any shop can fix your vehicle, but Dean, Parker, Mitchell, and all the crew went over and above to help me out . ~ Great Appreciation !

Competent, honest and fair. I have had several of my vehicles serviced here over the past few years. Most recently, I had my P2 Volvo XC70's PCV system repaired. This shop had the experience and expertise to perform the work and the final cost was a mere fraction of what I was anticipating. Highly recommended.

I found a screw in my tire just as I was leaving home to catch the ferry to Vancouver. The team at Shortstop got me in right away after I arrived. Nick, my tech, was friendly and explained that if the screw had been any closer to the outside wall, I would’ve needed a whole new tire! He removed the screw, checked all my tires, and had me safely back on the road in no time. Parker was super friendly to chat with while I waited, and we laughed about this being the second screw in my brand-new Tucson’s tires. The team was fast, professional, friendly, and welcoming — exactly what you need when your road trip starts with a plot twist. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and Courteous staff: I am incredibly happy with their service to my motorhome Roadtrek RV. I ordered a set of All Weather tires. Their website include all information about tire size, tire type, and even a picture of their products. Very easy to use “find tires” with prices and quote. Book an appointment with Tammy is fast and simple. I also requested them to check the ignition and inverter my motorhome they done a great job!
