The Waterford - A Bria Seniors Community

What an absolute delight it was to meet with Andie Bakehouse and take a tour with her of both The Waterford and Wrexford properties for a possible place for my Dad to live. She greeted us with enthusiasm, humor and could tell immediately that she was passionate about what she does! This helped ease my Dad and he could see that this could be a place he could live for his next chapter. She showed us various suites, explained in detail each area and some history of the properties. She delighted in telling us all the activities available and the wonderful roof top decks and gardens. She also arranged a lovely lunch for us to enjoy so we could get a "taste" of what it would be like to live there. Everyone was exceptionally kind and welcoming and we look forward to this next chapter in the life

I had a truly positive experience visiting The Waterford. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by both the staff and management, creating an inviting and supportive atmosphere. What stood out most was the dedication of the care staff and clinical team. They are not only committed to providing excellent care but also demonstrate a genuine openness to learning. It’s clear that they prioritize staying current with best practices, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and passion for quality care. The residents are clearly in good hands, and the consistent level of compassion and attentiveness shown by the team is commendable. The Waterford sets a high standard for resident-centered care, and it was a pleasure to witness it firsthand.

The Waterford has kind staff and you can rest assured that your loved one will be taken care of! I have been to numerous long term cares and have worked in health care. I can say that the Waterford is clean, client centred and fun (they offer lots of activities for the clients).

Our introduction to The Waterford community was a positive experience and exceeded our expectations. Beginning with a welcome in reception, followed by an informative tour with Andie, all of our questions and concerns were answered. She gave us warm attention and insight into what the next part of my journey can be.

The Waterford is such a lovely community and has wonderful staff! The care center and gardens are beautiful and well-organized. They offer some great recreation programs for loved ones as well as amazing rehabilitation staff. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for care for their loved ones!
