Louis is awesome. He ran a diagnostic on my car, found out exactly what was wrong and kept me up-to-date and fix the issues in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this awesome garage to anyone looking for service on their European car!

My 2013 Toyota Corolla suddenly had a check engine light on and the engine was shaking and I could tell something was wrong and was scared. Came the next morning here close to where my car was. I felt the whole process was great. Left my car at 7:30am and was told I would get a call back around 10am. Was called around 9:30am. They told me it was a misfired cylinder 2 and needed a new coil and 4 spark plugs. They told me I could also try to get 3 more coils because those were old too. I decided better to replace all because I want my car running well. When I came back at 5pm, they explained everything to me. Feel like they are fair and do a good job in what you expect when going to a mechanic.

What an honest, and helpful business! I heard about Lous from my uncle who was an auto body repairman in the area for decades. I called Lou’s to see how soon they would be able to help with what I believed to be a broken starter on my car. On the phone, they gave me an estimate up front and could get my car fixed by the next day. But even better still, the guy on the phone asked me some questions and told me to be sure I was even diagnosing the problem correctly and to try jumping the car first to see if it was the battery. It turned out he was right. This honest shop saved me a huge hassle and hundreds of dollars by being honest and helpful. When my car does eventually need some repairs, I will be returning to Lou’s!

Lou helped me fix flat tires a few montho ago. He was very helpful and speedy in the fix (plugged the tires). Unfortunately, the plugged tire started leaking air slowly after 5k+ additional miles. Now, qnother auto shop told me that the fix was not properly done back then. And I now need to speed $200+ to buy a new tire... All these being said, I trust that Lou tried his best.

Had my car towed in because it wouldn’t start. Louis found the loose connection in probably less than thirty seconds, and told me to take it to the shop that did a poor repair job previously. He showed me what to show the technician so they would get it fixed, and refused to take any payment. If I have any issues in the future I will definitely be taking it to him.
