Love's Truck Care

Tire care center has this guy working there by the name Mark! This person does need more training in C.S. very rude the way he approaches drivers. Not only me but another driver complaint about him too as I was complaining to suppose mgr Matt which I did not see this person address this employe of his behavior towards customers! Because I did not even hear an apology from This employee Mark. A higher mgr would done better job than this management! Very poor service! My suggestion find another truck tire place where you would probably get better C.S. 👎

I have used this Loves for fuel for my POV and Sleeper cab. I had a red air line to my trailer to split and needed it to be replace. They mechanic came out with about a 2 hour wait in line and he ended up cutting off the split line which was at the connection to my trailer and added a new connection which fixed the issue. Great place for shopping at the store with 2 restaurants attached to ot, Chester's Chicken and McDonald's.

2 days I was here from 9 a.m. for an oil change. I was first in lane, but they have only one mechanic for everything and focused on tire change. On the first day they called me at 8 p.m. , after 11 hours. I was busy and tried on next day, all the same: «we will start after 12 pm , now 2 pm, they didn't call. Avoid.

Great place. Jorge that work in tire shop doing more job than his duties required. I think Love's need more people like him. Drivers if you need help with your truck Jorge is your guy.
