Work order date: 12/24/25 Work order number: 4008604643 I had my oil changed at Love’s Truck Care. Shortly after leaving this service, my truck shut down and would not restart. Prior to this service, I had no fuel system issues. As a result, I was forced to: Pay $558.90 for a tow to another repair shop Pay $300.00 to replace the fuel filters and correct the issue At the second shop, it was confirmed that the O-ring on the fuel/water separator filter was damaged and improperly installed, causing air to enter the fuel system. Once the O-ring and fuel filters were replaced correctly, the truck started and has been running normally since.

I came here for an oil change for my Western Star car hauler. I told them in advance that my truck has low clearance. They said it’s not a problem and that they could do it, just asked me to wait an hour or an hour and a half. In the end, I waited 4 hours, and after that they told me, “Sorry, we can’t change the oil because your clearance is too low.” I have no words for how irresponsible they are with their work. I’ll never come back here again

Amber, Nick and Tim in the shop are professionals. Amber is kind and polite. Unlike the other woman who i checked in with. Amber got me taken care of! Nick and Tim did the work properly like professionals.

Two days ago, I was searching for a free air system to inflate my semi truck tires slightly on the low PSI. I ended up at the Loves in Ottawa, Kansas, and a diesel mechanic named George not only assisted me with one tire but added air in the other nine tires under three minutes. Quick service, friendly staff members, and 100% thanks to George. I appreciate it, buddy.

Stopped in for a retorque after yesterday tire patch, tech was very friendly and professional. Got me in and out quickly. Thank you Speedco
