Low Country Volkswagen -- Service

I took my Jetta in for a 20k service and tire rotation. The next day I noticed that a scratched rim and tire that had been previously replaced were both still in the same spot. I called and they said that the tech's notes said he rotated the tires but that I could bring it in to have them rotated again if that's what I really wanted. I went took it in the next business day and showed them that my tires were never rotated. The service manager never apologized or acknowledged the fact that the rotation was NOT done. Was my 20k service even done? I'll never buy another Volkswagen again. The service department is SUB PAR....definitely won't be back to Lowcountry VW.

Fantastic service and the technician kept me updated by text as to how the service was going along. Recall notice about the AIR-BAG & Oil change, filters etc. Mr Doug the service writer couldn't have been more kind and Ms Virginia (parts dept) was great also. Unfortunately they didn't have a Beetle rear boot lid logo but that's ok, no problem. Great VW location !

Pulled into the dealership to have someone check out my driver side door. Marcus was a champ and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this service department!

We came to Lowcountry after being turned away from Stokes VW, a day after receiving my vehicle from their shop after them having it for almost 2 weeks for the same issue. The receptionist was very nice and worked us into a appointment just a business day later. Service was super courteous and willing to do what it took to find out what the issue was. They did a couple things to remedy our AC problem and told us not to hesitate if something was not right to come back. I would definitely rather the almost 2 hour drive to get here than to deal with the other dealership only a half hour from me. Kudos to ADAM in service that explained everything fully and went above and beyond with his customer service!

After buying my car from Stokes VW- Ive had nothing but trouble with services there. Stokes tried to sell me $700 brakes. They have terrible attitudes there with horrible customer service so I brought my VW to Low Country. After inspecting my car… they’re only charging me $450! Much more respectful to paying customers and very timely without an appointment. Wish I would’ve bought from them and not Stokes!
