Super excited that there's a "Normal" Subaru shop (as opposed to a racing or speed shop)! Rodney was super awesome to work with and able to answer any questions I had about the services needed for my car. The shop was super clean and comfortable, there were snacks and coffee. I also appreciate the online invoicing and estimates that show you exactly what's wrong and why it's wrong. I look forward to coming back!

I had a fantastic experience with Rodney servicing my vehicle. While Rodney is especially known for his deep knowledge and experience with Subarus, he clearly has the skill and expertise to work on all makes and models just as well—if not better—than other shops in the area. From basic maintenance like oil changes to more complicated repairs, he does it all with care and precision. His facility is clean, the service is excellent, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Simply the best! Great communication, pricing, and work done. My check engine light was on for a few months and I was terrified to find out what it was because the dealer is so expensive. I had my brakes done at Gerald's and they diagnosed the check engine issue. It wasn't in their scope of services but they highly recommended Rodney's shop. I gave him a call and he talked me through the issue, stating the particular part should actually have an extended warranty with the dealership. I took it to the dealer and sure enough it was fully covered. Needless to say the honesty was greatly appreciated and he's won a customer for life. I was looking for a place to get my Subaru serviced and was happy to find a place that specializes in Subarus, but not at the cost of a dealership. I was given an estimate ahead of time and was very satisfied with Rodney’s work. He even went out of the way to arrange for a ride to take me to a shopping center while I was waiting for the work to be done. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place to get your Subaru serviced, I highly recommend Lowcountry Subies, you won’t be disappointed!

Rodney is wonderful. I can't recommend him more highly. Re replaced the window regulator in my Outback. He also did a front and rear differential service and replaced the CVT clutches. He did a thorough job of going through the entire car taking pictures of work that needed to be done and gave me a clear, detailed estimate for each item. I give him 10 out of 5 stars.
