Lowell's Service Center, LLC

As always, Lowell’s got me in quick. They replaced my water pump and had me back on the road in a couple days. My family has been using their services for twenty or so years, not a single bad experience. I called four shops just because I didn’t know if Lowell’s could work on my VW. After the first three couldn’t even get me in for two weeks to a month, I called Lowell’s on a Friday, they told me to drop it off Sunday night/Monday morning. Dropped it off after hours Sunday night using their convenient drop box.

We have taken two of our vehicles to Lowell's Service Center so far (twice for one vehicle, once for the other) and have been very pleased for all three visits. The Owner is very kind and helpful with diagnosing issues with the vehicles while providing honesty and getting our issues repaired as quickly as possible. The other workers have all been very respectful as well and have also been very helpful. Highly recommended!

Scheduled appointment for 9:30 AM, My car went into the bay at that time for oil change & tire rotation. Service was friendly & expedient. Jeremy checked me out as Bill informed me I would need new front brakes with my next scheduled oil change. Thanks!! ,

I bought a set of new tires and then the deal was free rotation, and balance. I came back for the rotation of the tires and they did it with no problems I would highly Recommend them for your tire needs.
