Loyalty Collision

Brought my car here for a repair evaluation after a rear end collision. The estimated price was more than fair and I appreciate them getting my car trunk realigned so I could get in and out of it before repairs. It was about an average wait of 30 to 45 minutes in total and I appreciate the honesty in their estimate. I definitely recommend their services.

I dealt with a nice lady named Alexandra at the shop. She helped with a lot of understanding on what can be done with my windshield and with it being replaced. Alexandra does such a great job and I would recommend her to everyone I know that needs anything replaced or fixed. I am very pleased with how she works

Really great overall job on the repair, looks absolutely perfect. They matched the paint beautifully. They kept me updated and communication was great. Relatively fast 10/21-11/14 is how long my car was there.

I don’t know who is worse, this shop or GEICO. They have had my vehicle for a month. We had a snow storm, so things were delayed. I understood. It’s getting ridiculous. Now. Communication has been terrible. I’m just expected to keep waiting for a call, which in fairness, I did get a few times. I was told that I would be pocking up my vehicle yesterday. After waiting ALL DAY, I call and and told, first, my file was mistaken for someone else’s. Then, I am told that GEICO hasn’t paid yet, even though, GEICO sent me, and then, the proof. They even began blowing off the GEICO agent, who was AWESOME, when she called about the payment. See, it was late in the day on a Friday evening, and no one cared at this point. Has been a TERRIBLE experience and will never use this place again… GEICO either,
