Glad to see I’m not the only one shouting out Lauren here. I’ve bought cars from traditional dealers, as well as the direct to consumer method that Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid use, and Lauren is hands down the best sales advisor I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond helping me locate a vehicle and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend Lauren and this studio! I also want to update this review for the service team. David and crew have always been great and very accommodating. A first year vehicle is always going to have some issues, and the team here has been fantastic navigating through ramp up and parts shortages. After purchase support here is top notch as well!

Very helpful and informative sales associates. No pressure, none of the "what will it take" pressure familiar to some or many dealerships. We ended up ordering a vehicle on our second visit. Impressive vehicles.

We leased a Lucid Air recently from Lucid Studio Rocklin. Jeremy was very nice and attentive and showed us the features of cars I had yet to see in person. There was no pressure to buy. I was just interested in seeing in person the engineering Peter Rawlinson explains so well on YouTube. The cars are beautiful, especially the new Gravity. I was in the market for a new sedan, and found the Air Pure to be so well designed and elegant. The discounts until Sept 30th are substantial. We were able to find a car with everything we wanted and signed the next day. Upon delivery Zach was so patient and showed us everything in our new car. They are a great team. I have been shopping for an ev for a couple years now and eventually settled on Lucid for my next car. The only problem was that the nearest studio at the time was in the Bay Area which would be inconvenient. I found out they opened the Rocklin location as a studio and was immediately drawn to it. When I was finally able to start the process of leasing one I found Lauren there as my sales specialist. She is amazing, kind and best of all patient with my constant questions. The Lucid process is different but also streamlined which I appreciate. And the car I got turned out to be everything I wanted
