Definitely recommend! Just bought a Royal Enfield today. Arrived close to closing time yet we were not rushed at. all. We were given time to see inventory and think without any rush or judgement which we appreciated. Monk and Andy were so very knowledgeable and just awesome stand up guys. The process was so easy with no BS. Honestly great experience and definitely recommending to others if they're looking to purchase any bikes!

I have seen the bad reviews. So I decided to give them a chance. Garrett did an awesome job getting me the Royal Enfield Classic 350 I wanted. Absolutely the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Great selection of bikes, friendly staff. 5 star process and product in my humble opinion.

Well you see after less then satisfactory response I was told that is was not the fuel injectors. But is is alright no worries. God bless to the company and bless their hearts for trying. My brother and I dropped our ATV off for diagnostics and Two weeks went by and we didn’t hear anything and then when we called and asked questions they tried to tell us that there wasn’t a vin on the bike when there is a vin on our bike, then they found that then they tried saying that it was our ejector when it wasn’t. Our injector works fine so after being hung up on about 3 to 4 times, and getting into an argument with I’m guessing a service manager or something not exactly sure what the position was. The work they did seems to be done right and price was fair. Have no problem with that. However, when I went to get the bike it had oil all over the pipe when it was brought out to be delivered to me. It was finished a few hours earlier. Also, when I got it home several hours later, oil drip out on the floor maybe left from oil filter. I did get a oil and oil filter change. Service writer should walk around every bike that he's going to pull out and give to a customer. Just to make sure everything looks good, in my opinion. Easy fix so it's ready for the customer. That way they don't have to take it back to service and the customer gets to wait longer. This is something that could be done better for customer service.

Just reading some reviews and I can’t believe anyone would hate this place. So friendly. Not in your face. Low key. Awesome selection of bikes. I purchased a Royal Enfield Himalayan and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I had emailed the company through a different website and they were quick to respond. Had a few conversations through email and decided to stop in. For the money, you can’t go wrong with a Royal Enfield. Placed a hold on one bike and went in later that week. I was able to change my color selection and I was tickled pink. Great place to deal with. Yeah, they have other motorcycle brands there as well.
