Lundgren Honda of Greenfield Service Center

First time here, I don't own a Honda, but helping someone else who does. I was impressed with the whole experience from "checking in" to paying. The service advisor was thorough and truly cared. The waiting area was clean, modern and comfortable.

Arrived to my appointment and the service department associate stated my tire was not fixable and stated I would likely need a new tire, and suggested I check in with Art Tire. He stated he didn't want to waste my time or $. So I went to Arts and their tech pulled the nail out and stated it didn't go through the tire, and it cost nothing! Would have been nice if a Honda tech took the time to look at it. Should've asked for a second opinion before I left Honda.

The girl in front is always helpful & the manager always answers my questions & doesn't over charge me. Everyone is always willing to help me with whatever I come to them with about my jeep
