We recently took our Land Rover to this facility specifically to address a brake issue. Before bringing it in, we confirmed they had the expertise and equipment to handle this type of repair. They assured us they did. After nearly six hours in the shop and a bill of over $900, we were dismayed to find that the brakes continued to squeal—exactly the problem we initially came in for. When we contacted them about the issue, they promised to honor the warranty and replace the rotors to resolve it. However, despite multiple attempts by my husband to schedule the follow-up service, we’ve received no response. Essentially, we’ve paid $900 and are still dealing with the original problem.
