Cannot say enough good things about this shop. We were on vacation and started having transmission problems. They were super helpful and got things repaired within a few days. They even gave me a ride to pick up my rental car. Thanks to M & R we didn’t miss anything on our vacation. Very reasonable prices as well!

Had warranty work done here. New motor and fuel pump. Nathan was very helpful and patient with my many phone calls and questions. Would definitely recommend this place to get cars fixed.

Our company Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down in Bay City so it was taken to the Jeep dealer for diagnosis and what we thought would be a repair. After authorizing $3,300 there the problem was not fixed and their conclusion was that the engine would need to be replaced. I used Google to find a highly rated independent shop (M & R) to discuss a second opinion and next steps. Nathan did the leg work with multiple options for less then the dealer for replacing the engine. We had the Jeep towed to their shop and had them assess. Turns out the vehicle DID NOT NEED a motor rather new OEM thermostat was sourced and replaced along with a vigorous running a driving test. Would never have know had we authorized the 10k engine replacement at the dealer. Absolutely endorse the work of Nathan and the team

Went to m an r to get a second opinion on our car they were great explained everything very well even when all our car needed was new tires. I have to respect a mechanic that tells you the truth even if they don't get a job out of it. I would highly recommend.
