Omid, John, and the entire crew at MTECK have always looked out for my best interests and the best interests of my cars. I’ve been going to them for over 20 years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly an honest mechanic shop. My mk7 golf had heating problems right as winter started. They fixed the usual problem (heater core), but that didn't completely fix my problem. They made sure to accommodate me with a second appointment on my only day available. Fixed my water pump and now everything works great. And right before the snow and extreme cold. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Good prices and they hooked me up on my second appointment. My oil was a bit low and they topped me off.

We brought our 2015 Land Rover in for what was presented as a leaking issue. Over several weeks, we were billed for multiple costly repairs, including pipe replacement, radiator installation, and engine line work. Despite each repair, the vehicle failed repeatedly—breaking down as we drove it off the lot—and required towing back to the shop three times. Ultimately, we were told the engine itself needed to be replaced. We believe the shop failed to properly diagnose the issue from the beginning and continued to charge for unnecessary or ineffective repairs. We are now out $5,520 in direct repair costs and over $1,000 in associated towing and rental car fees.

I own a 2016 Mercedes E400. I needed to replace my front rotors and all 4 brakes. I work at a dealership that owns 7 different brands. But none of those brands were Mercedes. I know a lot of techs that work for us. I got a price for the job from my guys but something inside of me said just get it done by a professionals. I found M-Tech from google and wanted to go and visit them instead of a phone call. I talked to John and he got me in for the following week. It was almost in and out. For the job that was done, I am really happy. I also want to mention that my car has full warranty up to 96.000 miles but anything goes wrong with it, I would stop by and ask John's opinion.
