My experience at this shop, owned by Tom, following an auto accident that wasn't my fault, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Tom proved to be a complete fraud, as he didn't properly fix my car after I paid him $5000 in cash. What's worse, he didn't even bother to inspect the car's condition, leaving me with no warranty for his work. Shame on you, Tom! It became evident that Tom was only interested in taking my money without considering my safety. After test driving my car from the shop, I noticed intense vibrations, making it extremely unsafe to drive on the street. Additionally, Tom failed to reattach my battery strap, claiming it was unnecessary to do so, which raised serious concerns about his competence and attention to detail.
