I’ve had two vehicles repaired and painted here recently. Heath was very helpful and made the whole process easy, and Tiny was great when I picked one of them up. The repairs themselves turned out pretty solid, and exactly what I expected. Maaco delivers good value for the price—especially for older vehicles where a full show-car finish isn’t necessary. Overall, I’m satisfied and appreciate the service.

2004 F150 rusty roof from paint peeling. Went to maaco and bought the Black Friday special. This is an inexpensive paint job and you get what you pay for, I’m pleased with it. 5 year prorated warranty.

Had a great experience. Was really reluctant after reading several reviews about the company across several locations. I think it truly is management to management. I have no complaints about the Fort Walton Location. I did the mid range package, which was on sale for $1100. No surprise fees once complete. They quoted 7-10 business days and completed it within that window. Color looks fantastic. No blemishes showing through. I was advised to wait 30-90 days to wash the car. Will follow up with longevity. Customer service was excellent. They clearly never stop working. If you have any complaints about phone calls not being answered, it’s because she’s handling 10 things at once like a pro. Definitely recommend stopping in person.

Had my 2005 Lexus painted due to peeling clear coat and fading paint. Didn’t need much body work and wasn’t looking for perfection, just a refreshment of the paint. Couldn’t be happier with the quality and the quick service. Was able to take advantage of their Black Friday special so I was very happy with the price as well. Overall, I’d visit them again in a heartbeat.
