This is probably my favorite review to ever write. This team of guys are true to their word. Not only did they do what they said they went above and beyond. Not only did they fix a mistake from another dealer (sister store of theirs in Houston from a dealer trade type of scenario) freaking fiasco to no fault of their own. I called them after the dealer in Houston screwed everything up. Not one, not two, not three, but four guys got involved and made the other dealers mistake their own. Why did they do this? Idk, I guess they care lol. They showed I mattered. They all went to work. They all communicated. They all made an effort. Hell they went above and beyond all that. I went in to buying a car not knowing where to start or what to do as I had not had to great of experiences prior and not much knowledge about what was going on. Cory, Derrick and the entire team that worked with me made it very easy! They were patient with me and all my worries and questions! I truly thought it would be very stressful and it was not at all! I had the best experience with a dealership today. I requested to see if the vehicle was still available through CarMax. I received an email from Adam seeing when I could view it; scheduled it the same day. I was welcomed by Willamena and she took care of my wife and I. Took the van for a test ride and it ran smooth as butter. Went back inside to finalize the deal and I was very pleased. Noah took care of my finalization papers and payment, very friendly gentleman as well. I highly recommend checking out Mac Haik in Flowood, MS. Everyone there was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I took my 2025 Jeep Wagoneer in because of an issue with an oil message coming on that it exceeded the limit. I had the oil changed at a local oil and lube. I had purchased the vehicle in another state. We have just moved to the area. I called Mac Haik and talked with Mike in the Express Department. He was extremely helpful and they found the issue immediately. The entire experience was pleasant and the service department was extremely nice and clean. I will definitely be going there for future needs and purchases.
