MacDonald Auto Parts - NAPA of Torrington

Ordered a part, they said it would arrive in one day, I waited 3 days to go pick it up and it was the wrong part after I confirmed with the guy multiple times what they were ordering.

Very upset with my service. I had placed a NAPA order to this store 3 days before the online order said it will be ready for pickup in store. I did not revive any confirmation emails, phone calls, or emails for 2 days. I called the store the day it was to be completed and I was told by Zack, that the order was not looked at until I called. He then informed me that half of the items I ordered are discontinued, and the other half is not available in their store or in the radius of other auto parts stores. How could this be if I placed the order securely online? This needs to be fixed on their website. I should have known this before it was received online. I went there when I decided to change color of my car. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpfull. I bought there everything I needed to prepare and paint my car. Price was surprisingly low, quality great. Project Dad-Son came amazing. My car which before looked like soccer's mom car, now look sharp and turned heads lol Very recommend.
