Bought a car from the owner of Macs auto sales, John, 2 days ago with the verbal agreement he would fix a couple issues with the car. The next day after driving it, realized there was a more serious problem. Called John and he asked me to drop off the car immediately. The next day, he called to say the transmission was bad, but would give my money back or another vehicle, which was $600 over what I paid for the last. John did not have to do this. I bought the car as is. I test drove it and it ran AMAZING. No one knows when these things will happen. Thank you John for doing what you could to make it right!

Bought a van from Mac’s. The salesman was down to earth and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. He provided me with John’s number in case anything happened. He stressed that John was the kind to make things right should anything go wrong. Bought the van and a few days later it started leaking a small amount of transmission fluid. I called John and he apologized and told me to bring it to his shop. I brought it by the next day and he replaced the lines at no cost, fixing the issue. This vehicle was bought “AS-IS” and he didn’t have to do this. It’s so hard to find honest people like this in the industry. I’m very pleased and would recommend Mac’s to anyone who is looking for a used car.

Just bought my second car from Mac's a few weeks ago. First one from several years ago is still going strong; latest one is working out well too - runs great. John and Ron there have both been honest and down-to-earth with me. And responsive to my communications. I monitor what Mac's has available because they routinely offer something perfect for my needs. I recommend checking them out.

I have bought 4 cars from John over the years (since 2016). Each time, the cars were solid. He always was sure to be reachable, giving me his personal cell if I did have a problem (he prefers text and does not like voicemail, so I am sure to always text him if I can't reach him by phone call). When I did have a maintenance need, he was always more than reasonable on cost. When I bought my very first car from him, he bought my car (that I had driven into the ground) from me for a more than reasonable amount. I was very blown away as I was in a super tight financial situation . I am having a car towed to him now for a flat tire.
