Look — if you’re out here tryna find a used car without gettin’ scammed into buying a rolling death trap, go to Madison Motors. I’m tellin’ you, this place is legit. No lies, no games, no “we swear it only leaks a little oil when the moon’s out.” Mike was the real MVP — dude helped me knock out the paperwork so fast, I felt like I was signing autographs, not buyin’ a car. Smoothest process I ever been through. Like, I blinked and somehow I owned a vehicle. And John? My man John went off on the detail. I’m talkin’ toothbrush-in-the-crevices type clean. That car looked so fresh, I was scared to breathe in it. Felt like I was driving a brand new whip, not something with miles on it. I almost took my shoes off before getting in, no cap. NEVER get a vehicle from this place. I paid 5,000 for a car with "No problems". A week after purchase i had to get all new tires and brakes. I bought the car a year ago and now I'm paying thousands of dollars to get more stuff fixed in order for the car to even run. After paying the 5000 for the piece of trash I've all together spent close to 3,500 just to fix it. I wish I could rate this place a 0 but unfortunately their rating scale is only 1 to 5.

Gets a car from dealership on Friday Guy says it will last me a couple months Gets new battery put in it Doesn't start next day have to push start it Takes to dealership, they can't do anything until Monday Car breaks down Sunday Calls Monday Gets told I'm responsible for towing it in from out of town where it broke at Responds to demand of refund or switch out with "and I'm supposed to get a brown down vehicle" Moral: don't buy from Madison motors. Currently waiting to hear back from lawyer.

Bought a vechile for my kids. Had to have it towed 3 times, issue after issue. First 3 days, I asked if we can exchange for another, he said to much paperwork. $3500 car lasted 3 weeks, had to scrap it. Would not do business again with them.

I just went to finance a 1999 Saturn from this company and was told that i must have full coverage insurance on the car before driving off the lot however, a friend of mine took me to this lot as a referral due to she financed her car from the same company 2005 mercury and was able to drive off without any problems being a younger caucasion friend. Now in reality she has a greater chance at being able to obtain full coverage insurance than i do so why is it again that i require full coverage insurance for a car that is 19 years old... Please illaborate...
