My experience has been extremely stressful and disorganized. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a minor repair, but the process escalated into significant unresolved concerns. I experienced inconsistent communication, record inaccuracies, and a lack of clear technical explanations regarding interventions performed while the vehicle was in the facility’s custody. I have documented these issues and am currently pursuing a proper review and resolution. Before and after they destroyed my vehicle. Highly recommend this place if your car needs repair. Calvin was great with coordinating my service and communication. The receptionist was also great and reminds you to check for things you might need while they have your car, like epass. Hopefully I won’t need their service anymore but I’ll be back if I do.

This place was recommended by my insurance company, USAA and I’m glad I went with them. Fantastic customer service and they kept me informed of the progress of getting my Tesla back after getting rock chip damage to my vehicle. Would recommend.

First off, the final result seems fine so far. I had a couple of scratches on the bumper and passenger door — small ones, in my mind — but it looks like they did more than just cleaning and painting. I can’t say for sure though, because I was never really informed about what exactly they were doing. When I dropped off my car, the experience already felt a bit uncomfortable. It was hard to get anyone to come out, take a quick look, and explain what they planned to do. The only thing I received was a copy of the document I filled out — no details or clear updates. They told me the job would take up to seven business days, and it did take that long. The work itself looks good, but communication and customer service were definitely lacking.
