The most in professional people that I have ever deal with in my life crooks try to get all they’ve friends rich while we suffer broke cars let me tell you what they did to me. I buy a car off-line. I have to have it delivered. I go through them to get it delivered. They changed the date on the delivery. Couldn’t get it to me within the 10 days where I’ll be able to ship it back get the Range Rover to me. I think I paid 9000 for it. The engine gone they tell me I can’t put it through arbitration cause it been over 10 days. but on the thing it’s a runs and drives great These are the type of games that they play. It only get worse but they left me with a car yesterday they got a design where it’s only to get their people to make money from car lots of there friends . These people 👎🏾. Pay

We bought a unit on Oct 23 with a near perfect rating. When the Carvana owned unit arrived there was a sticky note on the key disclosing that they knew it had a bad transmission. We won the arbitration case within a few days for a repurchase and 3 weeks later it still has not been paid back to us. The arbitator does not return emails or call. We sell around 700 retail units each years and wholesale off around 100. Never Manheim again. Bordering on attorney time. Not a review writer, but I have no other way to try to get a call back. Hope a Manheim official reads and reaches out. I am sure they won't. Can't leave 0 stars.

Extremely unpleasant experience. I spent the entire day loading 9 vehicles. It was very cold outside, with freezing temperatures. I politely asked to use the restroom but was refused in a rude and humiliating manner. During COVID there was at least some respect toward drivers, but now we are treated like we are nobody. There is absolutely no respect for truck drivers!!

I am DA NICEST AUTO I don’t like the services because I purchased two vehicles from them paid cash. I just joined the auction, made a mistake and click on a vehicle that I couldn’t afford because I just started my business. They told me I have to pay the full balance of the vehicle or they was going to suspend my account even arbitration Couldn’t do anything for me. I would love to work with the company and make the company more money, but that’s bad business and now my account still suspended until I pay for a car that I still don’t have. they sold the car and still trying to make me pay the money for nothing.💯💯💯💯
