Unfortunately we rushed into purchasing one and finding out it's hard to trade back or sell. Be picky and know what you want to purchase before hand. Our salesman was wonderful. I can't say much about the owner. Trying to downsize from ours to a different layout seems easy. Its unfortunately not.

I drove over 700 miles to pick up my new RV from a private sale, only to find out, the hitch and wiring had been done with the wrong wiring connector, so I was facing a return trip with no directionals, or brake lights on the trailer! Yikes! The seller jumped on line and found Mantelli's, just a short drive from our meeting place. A short while later, I was there to meet their helpful, knowledgeable staff, and within 30 minutes, they had my problem resolved! I am so grateful! I was able to tow my new rig home with confidence. I would highly recommended this business. Well stocked store/showroom as well as a large selection of RV's for sale. Amazing folks to work with! 👏 😁

During the pandemic my wife and I decided we would make the best of it and buy a trailer to do a little travel with our family. I had NO idea what I was doing, so I read a lot mostly about safety regarding what my truck could tow. I went to a couple other local RV dealers and was consistently told “don’t worry about it, you can pull it” as they tried selling me 32-36’ trailers. These were OVER my load capacity and I knew it. I also expressed that we weren’t “parking lot campers” and that we wanted to park in more isolated areas. We didn’t WANT a giant trailer. I went to Mantelli and expressed my concerns, so they sent their head technician out and he was the ONLY one who took a peak at my door sticker and explained to us which of their trailers would be suitable for our tow vehicle. T

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE ! They staind behind what they sell ! After the sale of a camper if there are questions or concerns , they answer the phone and or emails . The service in and turn around times are fantasic ! Steve in service is a straight shooter ! I bought campers from other dealers and as soon as the wheels hit the road after the sale the other dealers forget your name ! I would strongly recommend this store for any trailer sale or service ! Seriously this place is it !

The service was great. I called the original manufacturer for the product I was looking for Martin’s extra duty spray cleaner. John Martin actually shared his outlets with me.
