Marcotte Ford Sales Inc Service

I called this morning asking to have my 2017 Escape checked for an issue which had come up suddenly the day before. John in the service department immediately scheduled me to come in early that afternoon to check it out. He greeted me and handled the issue perfectly. He was very helpful and friendly. While traveling from out of state, our car, a 2024 Explorer ST, needed an oil change. We brought it in without an appointment and dropped it off. I was called shortly thereafter that the service was complete. I was expecting it to take a few hours. Quick service done correctly. We couldn't ask for more.

they have the kindest most genuine people work here from the service team to the sales people to even the people who work at the cafe. they even offer a complimentary service to pick up ur car and valet it to service for you. they have been good to us for years and very grateful for them

I traveled 40 miles to purchase a $50,000 vehicle from this dealer because of their promise that when any maintenance was required on the vehicle I would be provided a loner car. I told them specifically this was why I was doing business with them. I was told that even an oil change would be included. I called to schedule my very first oil change, and to check a leak in one of my tires and was told that because the work required would take only 1 hour that I was not entitled to a car. I was deceived by the sales person specifically and the dealership in large. My wife purchased 2 vehicles here and I purchased 1. I will not purchase another. This is exactly why car dealerships have such a bad reputation. Very disappointing and upsetting.

I was calling around to a few shops to find a quote on my car and Marcotte Ford was not only unhelpful but rude- seemingly bothered by the questions I was asking. I hope service is better for other folks in the future.
