Came to see a car that was listed. Negotiated price back and forth before coming. Upon arrival, the salesman I had an appointment with was not there and someone else stepped in to help. We went to see the car and a mechanic told us there was major damage and it was not fit for sale. Would appreciate if those checks happened before cars are listed. Folks were nice, but very disappointing experience.

Manny helped us with the test drive experience. He was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all of our questions and was respectful and wasn’t pushy. We had an excellent experience and delightful discussions with him. I highly recommend him!!

Sold me a car august 26th 2024, had it put in the dealership on 10/16/24 they called back and told me the transmission was slipping,had bad axles, bad boots throwing grease, put it on the warranty to fix what mark jacobson should have handled before the sale. It was in the shop a month. Now I have it back and the grille shitter module is now failing and the warranty won't cover it and mark Jacobson isn't trying to do what's right. I gave them a check for 23k upfront. So for them to give me this car and brush me off is starting to really piss me off. Now it's an estimated 3k more worth of work still needed. I'm truly devastated with this entire experience. I doubt I will ever shop with Mark Jacobson and wouldn't dare refer a soul to them. This is insane.
